Before we list your home, most homeowners have 2 basic questions: "How much do we get and when do we get it?" I make it a priority to tell you "how it is." Last but not least, a bit about me! I’m a retired USAF officer, though my military roots began on the enlisted side of the house. After a 23-year career (12 years in SA), I crunched numbers at USAA for 6 years then entered the real estate world (’04) with Coldwell Banker, D’Ann Harper Realtors®. Besides a BBA in Accounting (SWTSU) and MBA (CMSU), I’m a USAA Preferred Provider and have all major Realtor® accreditations that you'd expect a professional Realtor® to have.
